Spring is officially here at Filmosaur HQ. This means nothing in practical terms, as there is still plenty of snow on the ground and temperatures remain frigid. But winter will inevitably, if reluctantly, recede, so it seemed appropriate to send it off with a good swift kick.
Photography is one of the ways in which Your Humble Filmosaur copes with the cold, dark months. Not to say it’s easy to get up the motivation to do much of anything, but I try to go out and shoot when I can muster up the energy. This winter was a long one, so I’ve got a fairly significant pile of photos, a selection of which I’ll be showing here in a series of posts.
First up are some signs of winter. Or more accurately, some signs in winter. This first one seems rather unnecessary.
I think the last one is pretty indicative of what a long, cold winter will drive people to.
More to come.
